EMPLOYER SERVICES

The Passport to Success program offers
a variety of services to employers including:

Workforce Training Fund Express:
The QVCDC is one of the only approved vendors in the region who can assist you in training your employees on a variety of approved software applications. The Workforce Training Fund Express covers half of the training costs. Please call the CDC offices or log onto www.detma.org for more information and an application.

TapDance® Assessment Software:
A Windows-based software package that allows you to administer a series of tests to access applicant and employee skill levels in typing, business math, grammar/spelling, data entry, word processing and spreadsheet creation. Employers are welcome to send their employees or potential employees to the CDC office to assess their skill levels.

On Site Customized Training:
The QVCDC offers a team of qualified instructors who will train your employees on a variety of skills and software programs at your facility. The CDC Training Coordinator will visit your site to help you determine the best training scenarios for your employees.
